Handcrafted from a single piece of bamboo, our 100-prongs Chasen allows optimal aeration of Usucha.
It also helps to gently knead Matcha into a smooth paste in the preparation of Matcha Latte.
Made from strong and durable Jin Golden bamboo (opposite to more brittle Bai White bamboo) this Chasen will stand the test of time if used properly and well looked after.
Care Notes:
- Soak whisk’s prongs in cold water for 2 minutes before its first use.
- Rinse the whisk after each use and gently shake off the remaining drops of water before storing it away.
